As a Licensed Insurance Broker specializing in sales and service, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining client relationships. Your role will involve not only leveraging your sales acumen to drive business growth but also providing outstanding service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales techniques.
• Educate clients on available insurance products, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of ethical conduct.

2. Client Service:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing policy information, and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and identify upselling opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a client-centric approach.

3. Cross-Selling and Upselling:

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the team to explore innovative ways to enhance the overall client experience.

4. Market Knowledge:

• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid insurance broker license.
• Proven track record in insurance sales, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
