*******PAY*******

We have very competitive pay including Residual +Commission Structure

Competitive Pay: Most of our Full Time Solar Sales Consultants earn $70,000-$150,000 a year with our sales leaders coming in at Residual Pay: Our reps also get paid a monthly residual for each installed system. An average reps residual after 1 year is usually between $2000 and $6000 per month.

*******REQUIREMENTS*******

Experience- Communication/Sales experience is a plus but no experience is necessary as we have a thorough training program.

Age - All applicants must at least 18 or older. Our team is currently comprised of a variety of women and men between the ages of 18 and 65

Appearance - We generally add people to our team that look clean cut/presentable. First impressions go a long way in sales.
