Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Sales Consultant to join our team at Total Wireless in Baltimore, MD. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage customers professionally to understand their wireless needs with knowledge of products, plans, and services; moreover, closing sales with upselling and cross-selling techniques (all included in the in-house training).

2. Process sales transactions accurately using stress-proof point-of-sale (POS) systems.

3. Stay updated on Total Wireless promotions and sales.

4. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and a positive work environment.

5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency is required).

- Strong desire to boost sales with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Basic knowledge of wireless technology and devices is a big plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
