Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to read and write in grammatically correct English
• Ability to navigate social media platforms with minimal training
• Ability to work autonomously with little daily direction
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions required
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

• Remain professional and courteous during all tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, respectful attitude
• Digital Marketing/ E-Commerce
• Update Social Media sites will applicable sales and deals ( Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc,)
• Coordinate updates and changes to company website-to include collaboration on website redesign
• Coordinate ad placements with external partners- Social Media, local platforms ( Offer-up, letgo, Facebook Marketplace)
• Assist customers with all electronic inquiries .
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge to assist customers in decision-making
• Initiate contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, inform and educate customers on products and services, and product promotions and sales.
• Assist in selecting product to be featured in social and digital channels
• Conduct regular online merchandise audits to ensure products are displayed and descriptions are up to date
• Merchandise product including, pricing, straightening, plot planning, etc.
• Serve as a back-up cashier as needed.
• Must have at least six months of consecutive retail experience.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately perform basic math applications when using the cash register and pricing merchandise.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Welcome each customer into the store, explain sales and pricing module, and answer their queries as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Flexible schedule; including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Employees must be willing to occasionally work varying shifts any day of the week between 8 AM to 7 PM. PT work is 3-4 days a week, 16-24 hours, FT work is 4-5 days a week, 30-40 hours.

Immediate shift placement available for 10:30 AM to 7 PM five days a week.

Due to staff size benefits (medical, dental, vision) are not available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
