Sales Producer

Duties:

• Ability to look and generate new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Develop quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales
• Provide customer assistance with regards to changes to existing policies and /or claims
• Generate leads based on customer referrals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
• English / Spanish is a plus

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred
• Property & Casualty License is a plus; if not licensed, must be willing to obtain license upon 30 days of hire
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be highly self-motivated
• Great Customer Service Skills.
