Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads generated by website form completed by homeowner - no cold calling
- Engage in warm calling techniques to generate appointments for the sales team
- Utilize business development strategies to identify and target potential leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments scheduled

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed appointment generation targets
- Previous experience in outbound calling or appointment setting is preferred, but not required
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools to track progress and manage leads
