Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills. Duties: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person - Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Perform retail math calculations to process transactions accurately Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our employees.
