The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities that are expected of the Part Sales position; however, additional duties may be assigned,

• Replacement part orders
• Assist with part inquiries.
• Generate quotes for the service department when needed.
• Manage warranty parts and RMAs as required.
• Answer calls or emails from customers for parts.
• Look up and identify parts.
• Generate quotes and follow up on leads.
• Enter part orders.
• Maintain and update parts backlog.
• Provide order status and tracking information to customers.
• Verify part inventory and information when required.
• Consult with engineering to approve alternate parts.
• Update weekly sales report and attend weekly sales meetings.
• File warranty claims with vendors.
• Generate quotes for the service department when needed.
• Inquire on pricing and lead time for parts with vendors.
• Assist with pulling small parts when needed.
• Deliver small, expedited orders to logistic company when needed.
• Notify purchasing if parts are missing in purchasing report.

Education/Requirements:

• X years of experience as an electrical technician or similar role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
