***Customer Service Representative ***
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and fast-paced individual who is willing to join a fast-growing company. The ideal applicant will have the capability to schedule multiple shipments daily and advanced level in MS Excel, be a problem solver with good organizational skills, be dedicated, detail-oriented, as well able to multi-task.
We are looking for a full-time staff that fits well into our customer support team. The office hours are 8:00 5:00 Monday to Friday. This is a delightful working environment. The candidates must have 2 years or more experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, business development, customer support with great analytical skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- A 4-year college degree is a MUST
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Skills in inside sales, customer service, account management, business development, customer support
TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Through experience, education (formal or other), training, OTJ-acquired skills, knowledge and related:
- Positive attitude
- Highly responsible and dependable
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Email and phone communications directly with client accounts
- Order entry
- Close communication with Sales and Purchasing teams
- Make long term and short-term material forecasting report
- Planning and scheduling delivery shipments
- Generating 12-month forecasting reports
- Providing shipping information and order updates to customers (ASN)
- Issuing of customer credits or RMAs
- Online updating of customer requests
- Implementation of operational procedures
- Analysis and forecast for inventory reservation
- Performs any other responsibilities as dictated by the operational needs of the organization.
