```Overview```

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

```Duties```

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos

-Handle, show and sell Firearms

-Become firearm certified, and with training: do opening and closing duties for the firearm counter.

- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling cash or credit card payments

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner

```Experience```

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions accurately

- Experience in Gun sales is a plus

- Ability to speak Spanish or other languages is an asset

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer calls

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
