Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.
Food service, also known on premise selling, will service existing accounts and use superior cold-calling selling skills to generate new business for restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- New business hunter working with broadline distributor representatives- 100% new business focus
- Pepsi Distributor Partner + New Biz not tied to existing Customer Account Number
- Maintains relationships with Pepsi Distributor Partner and Distributor Sales Representatives in territory
- Manages Distributor leads
- Sells in Pepsi portfolio available through distributor and finalizes agreements
- Provides equipment recommendations and coordinates installations and ensures flawless execution of logistics
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Acquire new Food Service accounts via leads, cold-calling and other strategic selling solutions
- Analyze Customer information using IRI and Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities
- Successful candidates will drive volume, revenue and paint the town Pepsi Blue
Compensation and Benefit Details:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,400 - $92,650 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Foodservice, distributor sales, beer/wine/liquor or consumer packaged goods experience
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
