Description:

Join our team at our headquarters in Renton! We're seeking Call Center Agents to add to our Inside Sales Center. This role will take place in-office at our headquarters in Renton, WA. We provide 3 weeks of paid training to get you started in this role. Ability to work evenings and weekends is required.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing:

  • Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company-prescribed script and methodology
  • Actively make outbound phone calls to customers that have expressed interest in replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen. A successful Agent sells the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant.
  • Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments.
  • Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls.
  • Meet regularly with coaches and direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance.
Requirements:

What Youll Bring The Person

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Bi-lingual preferred but not required
  • Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, and preferred experience using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome
  • Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers
  • Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
