**Customer Service/Sales Representative** **Duties:** - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new business - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - **Qualifications:**- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets - Multilingual abilities are a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you! Remain current on all wireless products and prepaid service plans.
Greet customers promptly, treat customers courteously and professionally. Accurately process all customer transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customer 14 days after sale.
Communicate with customers via social media messages.
Responsible to study the market, read trade online forums, shop the competition.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings on regular basis.
Answer telephones maintain customer purchases, and handle store like it's yours.
All paperwork must be completed in full.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features through continuous learning and self-development.
Handle all aspects of the sale including but not limited to completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.
Effectively present products and services to and develop relationships with potential clients.
