With properties located mainly in the Pittsburgh Hilltop neighborhoods of Allentown, Mt Washington, South Side Slopes, Beltzhoover and Mt. • Build and maintain a rapport with current and prospective tenants
• Respond to potential tenant interests in rental properties in-person and via digital platforms
• Schedule and coordinate with prospective tenants to show properties, answer questions and finalize terms of leases
• Perform background checks, including reference letters, rental history, income verification and lease application review
• Conduct regular home inspections throughout the leasing season

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Works well under pressure and deadlines
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Comprehensive negotiation skills and sales techniques
• Collaborative nature and team player mentality
• Great customer service skills with personable yet professional demeanor
• Experience with AppFolio and Slack beneficial but not required

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in leasing preferred
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle is required
• Must pass criminal background check
• Flexible schedule - Hours designed by appointments and in office prep time
• Rotating nights and weekends are required

Salary/Benefits

• $40,000/year base salary plus commission per lease/renewal signed
