Job Description:
As a Remote Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. Your main goal is to provide outstanding sales support, answer product queries, and elevate customer satisfaction to drive sales. This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of turning inquiries into sales and can handle customer support with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers with product questions, and encourage purchases through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Provide technical support and assist existing customers with their needs.
• Employ sales techniques to prevent returns and encourage repeat business from current customers.
• Achieve and maintain a deep understanding of our products to offer tailored solutions to our customers.
• Work towards sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a customer service role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for handling calls.
• Be available to work from 7 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday to Saturday. This schedule is essential for providing the level of service and support our customers expect.
• Possess a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, ensuring you can efficiently handle live chats, emails, and documentation tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Candidates based in Las Vegas are preferred, but exceptional candidates from other locations will be considered.
