Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through proactive communication and targeted interactions
• Act as the key confidant between our clients and customers representing our brand in a professional and appropriate manner at all times
• Maintain and continuously improve knowledge about products, applications, and markets in the industry
• Understand and apply the sales strategy and promote the value proposition for our clients products and execute Market Growth Programs
• Provide information to the Marketing team on market trends and evolutions, including action proposals
• Develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts and pricing for new & existing business opportunities

Account Manager Trainee Requirements:

• Prior experience in Account Management, Entry Level Sales, Client Facing or similar roles
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• In-depth understanding of the company's key clients and their position in the industry
• Eager to expand our firm with new sales, clients, and territories
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
• Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
