Job Description:

As a Solar Door Knocker, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods and engaging with homeowners to introduce them to the benefits of solar energy. Your main tasks will include:

Door-to-Door Outreach: You will be visiting residential neighborhoods to inform homeowners about the advantages of transitioning to solar energy and how they can significantly reduce their electricity bills while contributing to a sustainable future.

Lead Generation: Your friendly and persuasive approach will help you generate high-quality leads and set appointments for our solar energy consultants.

Product Knowledge: You will receive comprehensive training on our solar products and services to confidently answer any questions and address potential concerns that homeowners may have.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and a drive to achieve targets.
• Prior door knocking, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
