United Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram made its automotive debut in the summer of 2021 in Bay Ridge Brooklyn to serve the local Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, Dodge, and Wagoneer customers. Here at United CDJR, we aim to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction that extends past the initial sale. While the Sales Department strives to provide innovative and cost-effective vehicles, the Service and Parts departments aim to minimize downtime and provide our team with the tools needed for success.

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic parts counter salesperson to join our team. Recently relocated to a brand new 30,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art service and parts facility, our dealership features one of the largest service and parts facilities in the five boroughs.

Our dealership aims to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction that extends past the initial sale. While the Sales Department strives to provide innovative and cost-effective vehicles, our Service and Parts departments will aim to minimize downtime and provide our team with the tools needed for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
• Informing customers of any current specials.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Communicate with the service department on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One or more years of related experience in an automotive parts department required.
• One or more years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid computer skills needed.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record

Pay: $40,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
