Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred: Minimum of 2+ years of prior sales experience
• Preferred: Enthusiast. Own/Have experience with powersports vehicles.
• Prior knowledge and experience working with a CRM platform
• Be great at customer service!
• Tech savvy is a must.
• Have a winning attitude every day and take pride in everything you do

Responsibilities and Duties

• Customers approach you online, over the phone, or in-store!
• You respond with a excitement, assessing their needs while building a genuine relationship with them.
• Every interaction is your next opportunity to build rapport through providing expert advice and great customer service.
• The trust you've built and the guidance already given makes the purchasing process a breeze for the customer as you walk them through the sales process.
• Your team will count on your support, helping to keep the showroom looking great & keeping up with product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
