Job Summary: The Insurance Agency Broker Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of an insurance agency broker office. This includes managing a team of brokers and support staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of insurance brokers and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders in the insurance industry
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling to existing clients
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
• Manage the agency's budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and revenues, and implementing cost-saving measures where appropriate
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations to senior management on new opportunities and initiatives
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, and work to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved

Requirements:

• Insurance License 2-20 required.
• Proven experience as an insurance broker or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team of professionals
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including relevant regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to achieve business goals
• High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

On-site in Hialeah, FL. $14 - $18 per hour plus commission.
