Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of Z Health Insurance products and services.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients on various insurance options, coverage limits, and policy features.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide exceptional service to clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Z Health Insurance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
