Are you creative and like working with your hands? Are you friendly and have good communication skills? Then join our team of highly dedicated individuals handcrafting bracelets that give back to our community! We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in Scottsdale

About Us ~
We are Giving Bracelets! We started this company to raise money for foster youth in our local community. We craft leather bracelets by hand in our store, custom fit them to each customer's wrist, and donate a portion of all of our sales to Voices for CASA children, a local non-profit that advocates for foster youth. What we're looking for ~
We are seeking a person that sales driven and excited about earning commission vs. just doing the bare minimum and taking home an hourly rate. It would be good if you are friendly and can easily strike up a conversation with potential customers, transition into the features of our bracelets, inspire them with our mission, and then reproduce and restock any product that you sold. We are looking for someone who is well dressed, well spoken, trustworthy, shows up when scheduled and reliable. Sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. We are a small company, so there is a lot of room to grow with us. We are ideally looking for an individual that can grow into management position. Who knows...if you a super rockstar, maybe you could even open up your own Giving Bracelet store! Future partnership opportunities could also be available for the right individual.

The Details ~
-Start Immediately.
-Flexible Hours- we are open 9am-8pm everyday
-Part time or Full time.
-Hourly starts at $18.00 plus 5% commission on your sales.
Average sales for an 7-8 hour shift is $800-$2000

Requirements ~
Must be ok with working with leather- Vegan? No worries we love plants too...you don't have to eat it. We just make good use of an otherwise wasted byproduct.
Must be ok with wire wrapping, working with small stones and tools. If you have large fingers, arthritis, etc, this might not be a good fit for you.
Must have reliable transportation or live walking distance.
Must have a phone.
Must Have a positive attitude/ general outlook on life. No negativity please.
Must be a reliable person.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
