Full description of the position

1. Account Management:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Propose additional services and recommend enhancements to existing landscape.

- Perform a monthly quality site audit.

- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.

- Work with Production Leader to ensure Work Orders are completed within 24 hours.

- Ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction of any enhancement sales.

- During Summer you will be required to work Saturdays if we are behind.

- Keep clients updated on irrigation repairs, problems, and provide solutions.

- Review daily crew timesheets.

- LMN experience is a bonus.

2. Landscape Maintenance Operations:

- Collaborate with Production Leader to oversee daily operations.

- Ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.

- Maintain high standards of quality and safety.

- Vendor and supplier relations.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

- Oversee margins and track budgeted vs actual hours.

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales
- Excellent business development and account management skills
- Proficient in CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

- MUST have technology skills to utilize computer data input.
