Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for business development - Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Present product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Requirements: - Proven experience in outside sales or business development - Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset - Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity - Account management experience is a plus - Fluency in Spanish is a plus Join our dynamic team as an Outside Sales Representative and take your career to the next level!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
