• Fusion BPO Services is seeking Full Time Mobility Support Representatives
• Customer Service Agents to support Business Mobility Customers

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comfortable using MS Office and Windowsbased applications
• Previous experience in Customer Care and Sales
• Strong Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Must possess strong negotiation skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment and work independently or within a group
• Ability to interact with all customers
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• Strong date entry skills must type at least 35 wpm
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• able to work schedule provided
• Sales skills
