Your Role:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers to promote our roofing and remodeling services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and sales representatives.
• Understand the clients pain points and offer solutions from the R&B Roofing and Remodeling product line and services.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
