Outside Parts & Components Sales

Report To: Parts & Components Sales Manager

_ Job Summary:_

McCourt Equipment is looking for a motivated and committed Outside Parts & Components Salesman. This individual will be responsible for continuing to establish relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers

Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily

Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers

Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts

Update client information in the company contact database

Log all day-to-day outside sales activity into Salesforce for data collection

Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally

Sell the companys products and components to customers within your given territory

Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs

Work closely with manager, vendors, and marketing department to help build the brand

Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
