TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is looking to hire an Outside Parts Sales Person for the southeastern part of South Dakota. The ideal candidate should have truck or equipment parts sales experience.

The Parts/Sales Person will be responsible for:

Generating and increasing retail parts and service sales to customers within their defined area of responsiblity.

• Providing a high quality level of service to both the outside customers and the internal departments,
• Participate in trade shows and conventions while working in conjunction with other sales staff and our marketing team members,
• Attain the sales and gross profit objectives set by thier manager and the parts director;
• Will be expected to generate a miniumum sales volume per month as defined by the parts manager/director and exceed aggregated front counter growth percentages;
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Must display an ongoing efort to learn more about the industry, the company and the products TTE sells;
• Complete assigned training in a timely manner
• Maintaining professional appearance

$55,000 - $90,000 per year

Qualifications:

• Must be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
• Minimum two years experience as a parts counterperson and/or equivalent experience in a service related industry
• Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Must be able to manage customer expectations
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office products and software. Efficient in use of Microsoft Outlook
• Must have insurable driving record and be able to pass a drug screen and background check
