About the Position:

We're currently seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates, both part-time and full-time, to deliver exceptional service to our cherished customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Mastery: Leverage your sales expertise to engage customers, offer product recommendations, and exceed individual and team sales targets. From providing personalized advice to processing transactions, you'll be instrumental in driving our success.

Customer Interaction: Extend a warm welcome to customers, offer assistance, and address queries about our diverse range of products and services.

Product Familiarity: While knowledge of sewing, quilting, or embroidery is beneficial, we prioritize your passion for sales and willingness to learn. You'll showcase and sell sewing machines, contributing to team achievements.

Transaction Management: Handle cash transactions, process orders efficiently, manage refunds, and maintain meticulous customer records both in-store and online.

Visual Merchandising: Collaborate on captivating merchandise displays to elevate the shopping experience and inspire customers.

Safety First: Champion a safe working and shopping environment, ensuring everyone feels secure and valued.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Capacity to lift merchandise weighing up to 35 pounds

Experience and Requirements:

• Prior sales and customer service experience essential
