So your earnings are not set with your hourly wage Earn $10 per new member sold with a steady hourly base. Earnings depend on number of possible new members that come in AND your ability to sell. Across the country, front desk earn $40-80 (or more) extra per weekdepends on number of new people and if you can help them understand the benefits of monthly membership to get discounted treatments!!! Job Description:
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Tulsa Hills, is seeking a Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

We understand having a busy schedule and we are here to help! If you are looking to work full-time - GREATwe have one FT spot open! If you are looking to work part-time - also GREAT!

Some Sample Hours Possible:
Monday through Friday 5:30-10:30 (or 4:30-10:30)
Saturday 8:30-3:30, 2:30-8:30
Sunday 10-6:30

Part time will work 3 days a week/weekend and more if you are looking for it.

With a smaller front desk groupwe also have some days shifts from time to time. Would be great if you can help with those in a pinch.


Responsibilities:

• Meet membership sales goals
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services dont worry, well train you!
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Capable of working flexible hours
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be 16 years old or older
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
