Outside Sales Representative (Paid Training)

Skyshield Roofing is looking to train and reward successful residential roofing sales representatives with the compensation, support and respect they deserve.

We pay the highest commissions, pay them fast, and are completely transparent about the finances of projects. The average commission is $1,700.00 per sale. What Youll Be Doing:

• Promptly following up on office generated leads and attending appointments on time
• Generating own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Communicating with new and existing customers during and after the sales process
• Performing roof inspections and assessing damage
• Giving the sales presentation, overcoming objections, and closing the sale
• Educating homeowners on the insurance process
• Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales quotas

What Youll Bring:

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Valid Drivers License (Required)
• Willing to climb on roofs
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Willing to learn new technologies, including CRM
• Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

We develop fully capable, proficient representatives within 2 weeks.Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and roof damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
