Job Description

• Forecast goals at the beginning of each month
• Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis
• Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person - maintain a prospect development system
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Responsible for meeting vehicle sales goals
• Deliver vehicles to customers
• Ensure the customer understand the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction
• Introduce customers to the Service Department, emphasizing the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations
• Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Enthusiasm for the Automotive Dealership industry with a focus on customer service
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
• Familiarity and comfort using MS Office and other technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
