Our Company: Our companies, Delphi Healthcare and WorkFit Medical Staffing, are well experienced in Anesthesiology, Urgent Care, Hospitalist, Emergency medicine along with our comprehensive Occupational Health clinic. Our staff have been providing excellent high quality care to our patients across hospital systems and long term care settings since 1995. Being a unique organization that is physician managed and owned, Delphi Healthcare / WorkFit Medical Staffing understands the importance of providing exceptional medical care. We manage and staff healthcare facilities in the WNY, Upstate and Northern region of New York with physicians, CRNAs, NPs and PAs on either a temporary (locum tenens) or permanent status. Our staffing agency also provides quality RNs, LPNs and CNAs to regional healthcare facilities and schools for a variety of per diem needs.

Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers across multiple types of companies including healthcare facilities, hospitals and other locations in order to generate leads for Medical Staffing services and Delphi Healthcare division for hospital partnership services. The Inside Sales professional will focus on customer acquisition and growth. This position involves lead generation, cold calling new potential clients, contacting current clients that could have growth potential while identifying targets and prospecting market potential. Leads will be qualified through continued follow up and contact with prospects. Must be highly energetic, well spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand our market share by making by calling both new and existing clients. Making multiple outbound calls for potential new business.
  • Build and create relationships . client needs and offering solutions and support.
  • Upsell current customers and identify additional needs for services.
  • Researching and qualifying potential leads from business directories, web searches, internal customer database or digital resources
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the multiple lines of business to present services to multiple key targets including hospitals, healthcare facilities and various businesses.
  • Strategize to develop key leads/targets, work prospects that will develop into qualified leads across all business lines - Delphi Healthcare, WorkFit Medical, WorkFit Staffing and School Fit business lines.
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Funnel new qualified leads into sales pipeline and manage 30/60/90 day pipeline expectations.
  • Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information and call activities
  • Create and maintain accurate notes in CRM and other tools.
  • Engaged in team collaboration with focus on organic growth.

Certifications, Experience and Education:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast -paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred or relevant education/experience.
  • Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet research
