Overview:

We are looking for motivated agents, experienced or new, to join our team. You will be responsible for marketing, showing, and closing primarily rental properties in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. We have an experienced team lead with excellent landlord relationships in the indiustry, making this an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.

Duties:

• Assist clients in finding, viewing, and closing rental units within their preferences
• Create listings for properties and advertise them through various channels
• Stay up-to-date on market trends to inform offers and negotiations effectively
• Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues when needed to keep closing rates up
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Valid real estate license in the state of New York
• Knowledge of real estate rules and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset

Compensation:

• 55% commission on first 20 rentals
• 60% commission begins at 21st deal
• 5% added for self-acquired inventory
• 90% commission on sales
