In this role as a sales associate you will be selling car wash memberships at a modern express exterior car wash. Due to the subscription economy, the car wash industry is booming with lots of opportunities for growth.
The base pay is $16/hr and the commission is $1-$5 for every membership you sell. You can expect to sell at least one an hour and on busy days more than that. In fact we are headed into the car wash busy season where you can earn even more!
We will put you in a great position to succeed by providing you with an initial training course (online), ongoing coaching, and proven sales tools that you can use to close sales. You will work outside which has its pros and cons. At least youll never be stuck stocking shelves or in a cubicle!
