Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making warm calls, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services

- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs and requirements

- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns

- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

- Collaborate with our technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:

- A minimum of five years of proven experience in sales (outside or inside), or similar role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers

- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation is preferred, but not required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using ServiceTitan software and other CRM platforms

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 45 per week
