Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated salesperson to join our team at Universal City Nissan. We are looking for self-starting individuals that value making relationships with customers with the ability to multi-task in a fast pace working environment.

As an automotive salesperson, you will receive training for certification from the Manufacturer as well as support and training from the management team. This is a tremendous opportunity to maximize your career satisfaction and make a lot of $$$.

This is a full time position on a rotating schedule. This schedule is incompatible with school schedules.

Automotive Salesperson Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs, build instant rapport & perform customized demonstrations of vehicle features
  • Maintain an expertise level of knowledge of new products, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to the customer.
  • Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing first-rate customer service
  • Build a successful referral network
  • Complete Manufacturer specific training as needed

Automotive Salesperson Requirements:

Qualified applicants are expected to maintain a professional image in appearance, words and actions. They must also be well organized, enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday and driven to consistently seek ways to learn and improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Prior automotive retail sales experience preferred
  • Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to facilitate communications with clients to meet their needs while meeting required financial targets of company
  • Detail-orientated, precise organization, and exceptional follow-up.
  • Bilingual is a must (Spanish speaking)
