You are seeking a collaborative front-office role, where the days fly by as you coordinate order and logistics details for our clients and team. You have a great attention to detail and enjoy delivering results every day to wow our customers.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide sales & logistics support to our team.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively. Previous experience with logistics, order entry, and/or booking shipping, couriers, and/or freight is a plus.

Logistics Tasks

• Support Sales Team by updating our system with shipping instructions and assist with other logistics questions.
• Research lowest prices, quality shipping options and provide quotes internally and externally.
• Provide internal and external customers with shipping quotes and assist with shipping questions.
• Track progress and import/export orders
• Contact 3rd party local couriers to schedule pickups.
• Schedule freight pickups for (LTL) and send out BOL to shippers.
• Engage on the phone, chat, and email with customers.
• Solve and Address customer service requests with the Alta Core values in practice.
• Address and internal quality control issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect product delivery or delays
• Monitor the Logistics shared inbox and resolve emails as they come in.
• Coach internal and external business partners on procedures with the intent of reducing errors on invoices and improving processes.
• Work with internal business partners to resolve invoice errors. Escalate invoice issues for resolution in a timely manner.

eCommerce Tasks

• Enter Sales Orders for eCommerce orders into our ERP system.
• Create Labels and add to shipments as needed
• Manage Returns with research for any that are not assigned an SO number.
• Research lowest priced shipping options while maintaining quality and then booking those shipments.

Administrative Tasks

• Backup support for other logistics staff
• Maintain and cultivate a friendly, professional relationship with internal and external business customers and vendors.
• Miscellaneous duties as required.

Full-Time Role
40hrs/week (10am-6:30pm, with a 30 minute lunch break, Monday through Friday).
