Full description of the position

Spacesaver is seeking a Sales Executive for our Motus Colorado office! Are you an energetic individual with sales drive? then check this out!

A day in the life:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Required Skills

What we look for:

  • Bachelors degree in related field required.
  • 2+ years in inside sales or B2B related sales equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Project, Visio, Access, MapPoint and Internet. Ability to create and maintain databases and complex spreadsheets and create regional analyses, using a mapping program.
  • Proficiency in using business systems including IFS, SharePoint, Salesforce, and ability to identify and extract relevant data and create usable business reports is a plus.
  • Must have strong reasoning abilities, sound judgment, strong listening skills, resourcefulness, and follow through skills. Must be highly analytical with excellent attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Must have a strong understanding of business processes. Experience with roll-out and training plans is a plus.
  • Must have good organizational and time management skills, as well as, have the ability to meet deadlines with appropriate attention to detail in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with small and large groups.
  • Must have a strong customer focus. Demonstrate the ability to build relationships internally and externally to the organization with a focus on meeting or exceeding service and product expectations.
  • Must be a proven self-starter (entrepreneurial) who can work independently and work on multiple projects at once with the ability to handle interruptions well.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
