We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, be able to develop relationships with potential buyers and sellers, and be able to negotiate effectively on behalf of their clients. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping people find their dream homes.

Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about the local real estate market.
• Provide clients with information on current market conditions and trends.
• Help clients find suitable properties that meet their needs and budget.
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
• Provide guidance to clients throughout the entire buying or selling process.
• Not scared to interact with customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Stay up-to-date on real estate laws and regulations.
• Network with other real estate agents to exchange information and resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,649.00 - $220,000.00 per year
