Cultivate House Detailing is a professional window washing, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing company. We are a small, local business thats growing fast here in Colorado Springs. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a lead generator. In this role, you will work part time, generating leads that get passed on to the sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure quality of leads and a high conversion rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The goal for this position is to drive more leads to the sales team to increase overall revenue for the business while maintaining a high conversion rate on generated leads. The ideal candidate NEEDS NO EXPERIENCE, just a desire to learn proven systems and tactics for success. They are outgoing, personable, and relational. They have an aptitude for staying organized and have excellent verbal communication skills.

• Canvassing door-to-door
• Tracking/Documenting doors that have been knocked on
• Ensuring high quality leads with strong conversion rates
• Handing leads off to the sales team with excellent notes on each lead
• Following the Cultivate Your Customer systems for success

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in or learn Google Suite
• Able to learn new software platforms quickly
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

$13.65-$35.00 per hour + monthly bonuses when key metrics are met
