The Business Development Supervisor reports to the Vice President of New Market Development and collaborates with the Marketing Department, Intake Department, Executive Director and Clinical Director to drive business growth, brand recognition, develop and maintain business relationships.
Essential Job Functions
- Execute growth strategies and plans to increase lead generation in key clinical regions for priority and secondary regions
- Create, foster, and enhance relationships with targeted physicians/practice referral sources through consistent, strategic field call networking for priority and secondary regions
- Utilize Salesforce to update inbound leads, track events, and physician referrals
- Conduct internal CRM and Physician trainings
- Addresses and resolves non-technical CRM issues
- Leads strategic meetings and local operators as needed
- Develop and design content for regional and national physician events and coordinates monthly distributions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- 1+ years of training experience
- 1+ years marketing/business development experience
- 3+ years experience with sales in the healthcare industry
- Bachelors degree in business or healthcare administration, management, public relations or related field Experience
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel to train Physician Liaisons, and attend national physician and or family events (AAP, TACA)
