**Overview:**

Servi Alpha Lawn Care is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Sales Representatives. As a commission-based role, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and selling our lawn care services door-to-door within the Fort Collins area. This position offers flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to play a key role in our company's growth and success.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Prospect and approach potential customers door-to-door to introduce Servi Alpha Lawn Care's services and offerings.

2. Educate homeowners and businesses about the benefits of professional lawn care services, including lawn mowing, fertilization, weed control, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance.

3. Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the lawn care needs and preferences of prospective clients.

4. Customize service packages and pricing quotes based on the specific requirements of each customer.

5. Close sales and secure service agreements with new clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of terms and expectations.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software or other designated tools.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation and conversion.

8. Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall effectiveness.

9. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

10. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics as outlined by the company.

**Qualifications:**

1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.

4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Familiarity with the lawn care industry or willingness to learn about lawn care services and products.

6. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and sales opportunities.

8. Positive attitude, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure, with uncapped earning potential based on sales performance and results. Additionally, incentives, bonuses, and rewards may be available for top performers.

Pay: $2,080.00 per week

• Monday to Friday

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Collins, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
