Join Pearl Apartments as our new Assistant Manager for Leasing and Resident Services!

The Assistant Manager ensures that residents have an outstanding experience from the time that they first view our apartment homes, to move-out at the end of their lease. Duties include leasing, contracts, collections, scheduling maintenance requests and other duties. This person works closely with the maintenance team to ensure excellent customer service. They also supervise other team members. They report directly to the General Manager and Operations Director.

Our properties are located Downtown and in the Lower Valley, so a valid drivers license and car with insurance is a must (you will be stationed at one of those two locations but will need to visit close-by properties). Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
