A metro by Tmobile Retailer is hiring for a Spanish Speaking Sales Associate for our prime Mesa location on 1954 W. Broadward Rd & Dobson Street in Mesa, Arizona.

• Customers visit your retail store, some may be browsing, and some may be ready to buy
• You approach with confidence, assessing their needs as you build a genuine relationship with them
• Every question is an opportunity for you to build trust and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential sale.
• Along the way, you deliver awesome customer service, and when it's time to make the sale you are a pro at closing.
• We'll also count on you to support your team, keep the store looking its best.
• Your responsibility and role are not limited to selling. You will take part in keeping and running your store, stay updated on the latest devices, and driving incremental growth by participating in events and growth activities.

Qualifications:

• A background in wireless communications is not required but preferred. We will train a candidate with potential.
• Bilingual speakers wanted: you're fluent in English, Spanish and can communicate like a pro in either language, with the ability to carefully listen and make every customer feel valued and welcomed
• Our team will have your back at every turn, and it's important that you share that same level of commitment to them--that means having the availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
