Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Licensed Insurance Agent at The Decker Agency, Inc. located in Buffalo, NY. As an Independent Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including selling insurance policies, providing insurance advice, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires strong knowledge of insurance products, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Take premium payments from customers.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements

Prior experience in property and casualty insurance

Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Active P&C Insurance license

Proficiency in using insurance software and customer management systems (AMS360) preferred
