Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly creating a welcoming environment and building a rapport with customers to understand their needs

Provide personalized assistance throughout the customers shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally

Merchandising

Maintain a strong knowledge of products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate and drive sales

Shoe Floor Presentation

Ensure that the stockroom aisles and product displays are clean and organized

Follow all Dillards policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 40 per week
