About the Position:

• Meet with prospective customers, presenting and educating them on our products and services.
• Conduct on-site visits, assessing the customers needs.
• Create estimates and provide recommendations on our products and services.
• Highlight the benefits of our Windows and other products and services, including warranties and guarantees.
• Work with each customer for contract completion follow through.
• Attend regular sales meetings and trainings, staying up to date on the latest information on our products and services.
• Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Great organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to create rapport with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in the window sales industry or similar preferred.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Top notch customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
