Now Hiring - Texas Select Fencing - Outside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX

Full description of the position

Texas Select Fencing is a fence industry leader seeking an experienced, full-time Sales Representative for immediate hire. Typical work hours are from 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is commision based expecting to earn $60,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and adopt Texas Select Fecning's structured selling process and complete required training
• Present and sell the features and benefits of Texas Select Fencing products
• Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
• Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of previous outside sales experience ( construction prefered)
• Valid Drivers Licsense
• Canidate must have a working vehical
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Pass background investigation (no felony convictions)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, integrity, and a desire for high commission
• Strong presentation skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Internet
