Asphalt Services, Inc. is looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking sales associate. We specialize in private commercial asphalt paving construction. Construction/asphalt sales is highly preferred but not required.

Daily job duties

• Cold call/email prospects & long term clients
• Networking and creating relationships with new and existing accounts
• Accurately estimate projects
• Use google earth pro, linkedIn premium, iPads, Microsoft Office.
• Follow ups using email/text/calls on outstanding proposals until an answer is received
• Learn the costs of projects to accurately bid and then communicate with operations to hit profit goals per job
• Weekly salary plus monthly commission. Earnings are endless.

• Company vehicle or weekly vehicle reimbursement.

This is a prospecting sales position, you must be able to generate your own leads on top of processing inbound leads. You will be given customers and be expected to be able to create your own customers as well. Previous asphalt/concrete experience preferred.
